Packaging and delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after manufacture and are normally shipped by La Poste / Colissimo with tracking and delivery with signature. We occasionally use UPS at no extra cost to you unless the delivery is urgent and additional shipping fees have been agreed. Whichever shipment choice you / we make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the contents.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Important note:- We re-use packaging where we can, as this reduces cost and helps the planet by recycling packaging materials.
